Brooklyn Nine-Nine (season 8) Underage Detective Jake Peralta Captain Ray Holt takes over Brooklyn’s 99th District, including Detective Jake Peralta, a virtuous detective. A capable but carefree who used to do whatever he wanted. Other employees of the 99th District include Detective Amy Santiago. Jake is a successful and competitive partner – Detective Rosa Diaz, a tough and patient colleague. Detective Charles Boyle, Jake’s close friend who also has a crush on Rosa. Detective Sergeant Terry Jefffords, who was recently taken off the field following the birth of his twin daughters, and sarcastic district supervisor Gina Lineetti.
